Would a greater change in seasons be found if the Earth's axis was tilted 45 degrees or 90 degrees?
By 45 degrees, I mean 22 or so more degrees than it is now, and by 90 degrees, I mean 67 degrees more than now, so that the Earth's axis will be completely perpendicular to its plane of revolution.

let's talk about 90deg first, it's easier to understand.
If the earth was tilted 90deg and the north pole was facing the sun, there will be no change in seasons for any country -it'll be summer all year round for N pole, winter for S pole. The rest of the world will be in between summer and winter, depending on whether it's nearer to the N or S pole.
If it was tilted 45 degrees, there will be a difference for sure. There will be changes in seasons, as there will be periods where different countries are nearer and further. But there may be differences in the durations of the seasons, as well as the length of days during the different seasons. I don't know how to exactly explain using diagrams, you should ask your science teacher.
